Is Torva helm better than Faceguard? ›

The helmet boasts the highest strength bonus of any helmet, being 2 higher than the Neitiznot faceguard.

The Torva full helm is part of the Torva armour set, obtainable by killing Nex. It requires 80 Defence and Constitution to be worn. This helm used to give the biggest defence and life points boost of any melee helm in RuneScape (outside of Daemonheim), until the release of the Tetsu helm.

In order to repair, and equip, the Torva Full Helm (Damaged), you must combine it with 1 Elite God Component. Once you have done this, you will receive a regular Torva Full Helm.
