(September 18, 2022, 6:08 pm)This facility is amazing. Crystal, Genaro and Ramon helped me care for a friends beloved dog that had found his way there after his human ended his battle with ptsd. They took tremendous care of Max during his time with them. They facilitated the kind and compassionate transfer of Max in coordination with the Denton Veterans Coalition, and I’m happy to say Max is in a loving home. The kindness that was extended to me from each of the staff members, specifically Genaro, Crystal and Ramon, is not something you see nowadays. May everyone come across a Genaro, a Crystal and a Ramon in their lifetime.

(July 12, 2022, 4:03 pm)The people here are super nice, but it is hard to find smaller dog breeds here. If they do have a small dog you see that you like, you better get there about 20 minutes before they open.

(June 30, 2022, 6:48 pm)Family friendly place to adopt a new family member. Staff was friendly. Process was easy. Our dog was $60 and came microchipped with shots and surgery.
